  • The full set of items is included: the cardboard packaging, the plastic box, and the product itself.

  • Due to hygiene regulations, products that have been used or had their packaging opened cannot be returned, as they are not eligible for resale.

  • If additional products are purchased at a discount after the initial order, customers may return/cancel either the additional products or the entire order, including the original product. However, the original product cannot be refunded on its own.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Feliora cannot accept returns if the full set of items is not included: the cardboard packaging, the plastic box, and the product itself.

3. Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) and Multi-Unit Offers

For promotional offers involving multiple products (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 2, or Buy 2 Get 3), customers are required to return all products received as part of the offer if they wish to initiate a return. Partial returns for such offers will not be accepted, and refunds will only be processed once all items from the promotional offer are returned in their original, unused condition.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Feliora will then contact the customer via email with further instructions on how to return the product and receive a refund, including information on which warehouse to send the product to.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If a defective or damaged product is received, customers should contact Feliora immediately upon receipt. Feliora will offer a replacement or a refund, based on the customer's preference.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
