KAYBOLAN/KARMAŞIK PAKETLER

VIERIL LLC, ödeme işlemi sırasında yanlış bir adres girilmesi durumunda sorumluluk kabul etmez. Siparişinizi işleme almadan önce lütfen fatura ve teslimat adresinizin doğru olduğundan emin olun. Hata bizden kaynaklanıyorsa, orijinal siparişin tüm sorumluluğunu üstlenir ve ücretsiz olarak yeniden gönderim yaparız.

KARGO SÜRESİ

Kargo süresi 5-8 iş günü arasındadır.
Bu süre, 1-2 iş günü işleme süremizi içermez.
Tüm kargo süreleri, gümrük işlemleri/gümrükte yaşanabilecek gecikmeleri kapsamaz.

TAKİP BİLGİLERİ

Siparişiniz kargoya verildiğinde, size bir takip numarası içeren bir e-posta gönderilecektir.

TAKİP BİLGİLERİM “ŞU ANDA MEVCUT BİLGİ YOK” DİYOR

Bazı kargo firmaları için takip bilgilerinin sistemde güncellenmesi 1-3 iş günü sürebilir. Eğer takip numaranızla ilgili olarak 7 iş gününden fazla bir süre boyunca hâlâ bilgi alamıyorsanız, lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin.

ÜRÜNLERİM TEK BİR PAKETTE Mİ GÖNDERİLECEK?

Lojistik nedenlerden dolayı, aynı siparişte yer alan ürünler bazen ayrı paketlerde gönderilebilir, birleşik kargo seçeneği belirtilmiş olsa bile.

For some shipping companies, it may take 1-3 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If it has been more than 7 business days and there is still no information regarding your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if combined shipping was specified.
